  • 2 lbs chicken (cut and cleaned)

  • 50g MaMajestic Stew Chicken Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or oil of your choice)

  • Optional: A dash of browning to darken the stew

  • Hot water (enough to come halfway up the chicken in the pot)


Directions

  1. Season the chicken: Sprinkle MaMajestic Stew Chicken Seasoning over the cleaned chicken. Massage to coat evenly. For deeper flavor, let marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Brown the chicken:

    • Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or your preferred oil) to a large frying pan or pot.

    • Heat on medium-high until the oil is hot.

    • Add the seasoned chicken and let it cook for about 5 minutes without moving.

    • Flip the pieces and cook the other side for 4–5 minutes, or until both sides are darkened.
