30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are available for both defective and non-defective products, provided the return meets the conditions outlined below.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be:
New
Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
Products that meet these conditions and are returned within 30 days will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Opened or Used Products
We understand that taste is personal.
If a product has been opened or used and you’re still within the 30-day window, we’re happy to help by offering store credit so you can try something else from MaMajestic.
Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date it is issued.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window.
If you’d like to exchange a product, please contact us first so we can assist and ensure availability.
Return Method & Shipping
All returns are handled by mail.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
We do not charge restocking fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MaMajestic is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
